I am tentative about recording a weigh in as it's the last week before xmas and I eat what I want to but I did the weigh in. On the days that I don't record a weigh in I am either staying the same or I have gone up in weight. I get back on track fast so there shouldn't be that much of a lull in the weigh ins.
The walking thing. . .
I am not sure if it's a race walking thing. I know I'm doing it wrong. With that said I was able to do 4 miles at that pace. I am able to do the mile in just over 13 minutes. My GPS says that's 4.4 and 4.5 mph. That's faster than yesterdays times. I sweat a lot so I am going to try and keep that up.
