Feeling a little bit better today, although a little weak. My headache seems to be under control for the moment but this morning it was my stomach that was giving me a hard time. It's been challenging for me to stay on a strict keto diet, but I'm still trying to make smart decisions. I'm going to refocus back on my diet after I meet with a neurologist on Thursday. I'm looking forward to making a change for the better very much.
