Uh-oh! The weight is going the wrong way! Time to make a U-turn and get myself back in the right direction.
This gain is due to another week of staying off my weight/fat loss journey. I am not too concerned as I know how to lose the weight gain and most of it is undigested food from this week.
It's actually shocking how much excess calories one can consume when NOT counting calories. I've personally found that when I count calories I have a stronger mindset towards the type and quantities of food I consume.
I'll start fresh today and aim to see a drop next week.

knowing how to lose and losing are two different things, always remember mind over matter as we all tend to think that one day or two days or one week of "pleasure" is no biggie but 1 becomes 2 and 2 becomes 3 and before we know it we back to where we started and have to work extra hard...
