What a crazy week it's been! I was out of town this past week for the Thanksgiving holiday. I drove with my father out to the midwest to spend it with his side of the family who I haven't seen in quite awhile. It was a pretty good trip but lots of driving. For the most part I managed to not totally kill my diet. There was one day where I indulged in some dessert but considering I was surrounded by temptation for a week I can live with that. I even managed to lose a few more pounds so I can't have done all that terribly! I'm ready to jump right back into things full force. My treadmill is being delivered today which is very exciting. I also have achieved one of my goals and dropped a size. Yippee!
It will be tough through this next month and the Christmas season to stay focused. Hopefully if I can keep losing a few pounds a week I'll keep the motivation going. It will just be very busy as I have finals coming up soon for some of my classes and my second job is starting up as well so I will be busy busy busy. I am going to try to keep active on this site though as I like to have the accountability. But I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and happy dieting!
