I've had a couple of good days down to an unimaginable 173 I think I'm going to stop at 165 still working on a maintenance plan not sure whether it's better to eat some of my calories or reduce some of my exercise trying little experiments now

Ah, maintenance! The place where we all want to be, but are secretly terrified when we get there (or at least I am!) My fear is the unknown... How much do I eat to maintain? What if I gain back the weight I lost? Blkbear, so proud of you, hope you keep posting during maintenance so you can show us how it's done 😃

I'm planning on raising my food intake only by 150 calories and cutting back on exercise by 1 day if I actually ever get below 120! You've been a constant inspiration, well done.
