Thanks, Ladies! This time of year can be challenging... til January. Foodwise and time to journal wise...but I am still present and making the effort! :) 

That's all we can do, Steve, be as present and mindful as possible. We all eat what we shouldn't but if we can stop before it gets too bad, well that's a plus. I'm hanging on by a thread most of the time. At least you have the courage to record your blips. You will be to busy to eat for the next little while!
