Holding steady this week. Managed to get to the gym and stay active every day. The weather finally turned nice and got outside! 10 days until our golf club opens and I get to drag my clubs up and down rolling fairways every day! 😊 Given its built on the side of a big hill... that'll put me in shape! 😯

I always sigh with relief when I have at least maintained. I already know, when I step on those scales, that I won't have lost, due to some mishap during my week, but its a great relief not to have gained! I really need to stop having mishaps!
