Totally P.O'd! I gained 2 lbs....blaaahhh. I don't know why, I kept my Carbs low, except for 1 day. Gotta push through this! Starting the 5 week H20 challenge tomorrow.

Ain't that the truth! I didn't want to post my weight gain, but I did. I have to be honest with myself! AAAAGH!

Just did a little spreadsheet...gave me a better picture of what I might be doing different. My carbs have been closer to the 10% range...should be 5%. My fat dropped from the 75-80% to below 70%. My protein bumped up from below20% to @30%. My goal is carbs 5%, Fat 80%, protein 15%. I guess I will remake my menu. Another thing is... I am NOT a pop drinker, but for some reason I have been drinking Cherry Zero Coke...It could also be a culprit. I have 1 bottle left and after that I won't drink it anymore. I also have eaten 3 bags of pork rinds over that last 2 weeks.(mega salt) I have 1 more bag and after that I will cut them out too. However, I have been working/sweating outside and I think that salt did me good...any suggestion from the peanut gallery would be appreciated!

I really have no ideas to give. I usually have my carbs around 10% or less but never going over 20 grams of carbs a day... and I've been stalled all week after losing over six the week before. I have no clue what the cuss is going on.

I try to keep under 20 grams daily. But, I was over 6 days since my last weigh in. Those days were days that I ate what was not on my pre-plan! Go figure!

You shouldn't been too P.O.'d... You've got no idea what, in your body, is responsible for that gain. You've identified some things that are contrary to your WOE and you've got some plans in place to rectify those 'things'. This is all a learning process and every day we learn how our body's operate and what makes them function better and more efficient. As much as I hate to throw things away, I've thrown away food before because it was just too tempting and I couldn't control myself. Two weeks ago I ate a whole bag of pork rinds, gave the second one to a co-worker because it was too tempting.. Personally I've toned down my liquid intake to just water and coffee and more often than not, just water. I used to be a huge diet soda drinker and I'm semi -suspicious that those things somehow made it easier for me to gain by either not letting my insulin get low enough to burn fat or that they encouraged me to eat more or more often. Try to find things that you can identify, in nature, to eat... ie. your veggies & meat. You can walk up to a plant or an animal and say 'Yup, this is what I eat'. Not saying you do, but there isn't such things as a 'Triscuit Bush' or a 'Soda Pond'. Stop eating the Atkins products as well. I see you're using Atkins which is awesome, I do Keto/LCHF which is essentially what Atkins is without all the commercialism, but you can do it without their products... We're all trying to eat healthy and 'clean' right? How is putting artificial colors/flavors into your body a 'clean' thing to do? That's my two-cents from my seat in your peanut gallery. :D
