Hit a new milestone today: 1st time I've run for 30 minutes continuously since the accident. Felt good afterward too. I've still got a lot of physically demanding work to do the rest of the day - because it's Saturday - and I'm up for it. Going to end the evening with the Veterans Day dinner at the American Legion, and I'm up for that also. Still holding at 223.5 lbs., but I'm thinking that is great; my weight loss has been averaging over 2 pounds a week over the last 3 1/2 months - actually a little more aggressive than planned. Hard to complain about it though. This site is addictive. I'm just paying so much more attention to the quality of the food I shove in my mouth, that I normally have difficulty eating my recommended intake. Have to try harder! Everyone have a great day! :) I got some new underwear yesterday. Well, it was new to me.
