Not sure if I hit a plateau or not. The weight does drift up a bit during the week some times and then it drifts down.
I did get a few compliments over the weekend so I must be doing something right.
Taking the day off from the gym to put my dryer back together. I guess I will get in some exercise by getting ahead of my house cleaning today instead.
