Another good loss, its so funny how the human body works. I think it's been 4 days since I weighed in at 167, and I'm down almost 5 pounds, I'm sure its mostly bloat and water weight but it really says something about how bad my eating was previously. Especially if I'm seeing such a drastic loss after eating clean for only a handful of days. I've been really trying to make sure to log all my food that I eat. Me and future hubs been cooking more at home, and making lunches instead of buying lunches and dinners. I also have completely minimized my snacking throughout the day, by alternating between gum, and a cup of coffee. Obviously I add some cream and sugar to my coffee, but in reality I feel like that is a good trade off for mindlessly snacking all day long like I have been doing previously. At this point, I am literally taking it day by day. Sometimes even minute by minute, making sure I don't binge, and trying to avoid all crappy food. At this point, my eating is still not 100%, but it is a significant improvement from the past couple of months. Mindfulness will be key from now on.
