I'm so happy by this weight loss! yesterday was pretty weird. I really didn't move much for most of the day because I was doing work etc. and if you can tell by my food, I tried really really hard to be good. there was one point when I really wanted ice cream and everyone around me was eating it. it wasn't a passing craving. eventually, for better or worse, I guilted myself out of it by staring at calorie counts. I was actually hungry though so I placated myself with stir fried broccoli, which I find to be a hilarious alternative to ice cream. by the end of the night I still had cravings and I tried to portion out but I lost control a little bit....but in the end my mostly clean eating still held through! at least I lost anything at all. Sure, I could have lost more, but currently, seeing any kind of 4, even in the ones digit, is better than nothing. I hope to continue this.
