Lost a week due to Easter and a vacation wedding. Ugh. I had been so steady that I went into this knowing that I would forego my no alcohol rule and that there would really be no good way to count the calories.... I was right. Back on the horse, extreme low call count today (400 max), plus the daily walks and runs, and back to my 1200-1500 calorie days tomorrow. under 200 by Friday. Here we goo
