Baby steps.... I experimented with steaming broccoli (without a steamer) and I think it went pretty well!! I think I'm on my way towards a healthier diet again, and it feels good. Recently I've been reminding myself a lot about how much progress I've made, even if I've slipped a it. Losing that initial 10 pounds meant that I would no longer have rolls on my back just from standing straight.
When I was telling my dad about my renewed weight anxiety, he told me that I have had enough control to do it before, so I can do it again.
