With all the Halloween parties I ended up going to this year I really fell off my diet, but I plan to start fresh with fresh determination tomorrow since it's the first and that seems like a good enough date for me.
At least I was lucky enough to fall off my diet and not gain any weight. That much I am super thankful for.
