Back from the Bay Area with a gain. However I am going to concentrate on the fact that I got my 10,000 steps in each day by walking. I tried hard to be good with what I was eating but when you are eating buffet style I am sure there is a lot of salt used to prepare the foods. I am also sure that will start moving out in the next day or so. I didn't get my steps in yesterday, after attending the meetings for 6 hours I hopped in the car and drove 7 home. Looking forward to some quiet time tonight and getting my 10,000 steps in.
