Got up about 4:20. Walked at 3.0 mph pace for 30 minutes. Cold appears to be waning a bit - not so much conjestion or coughing. Got a flu shot yesterday at work - for free. Held my diet in reign pretty well yesterday. Wife didn't feel like cooking so we went to Dairy Queen - which seemed to be the lesser of all the evil establishments nearby. I had a grilled chicken combo, and no, I did not have a blizzard, or a sundae, or any dessert at all [you can't see that I am patting myself on the back]. Hoping to bust past this plateau this week.

Thank you. It's a real lifestyle change to be done eating when you're done eating. Know what I mean?

I feel ya on the cold. I'm just getting over one too, I can deal with congestion and tiredness and the bleh feeling, but the awful coughs I always get, those I can't deal with. I was taking double doses of mucinex dm AND Tylenol cold severe, and it barely even calmed it down for me to get a few hrs sleep. Hope yours isn't that bad, if it is, you have my complete sympathy. I was also taking care of an almost 2 yr old and a 5 yr old sickie too, so it was even worse lol.

It's tough taking care of babies when you need to be baby'd yourself. Cough was pretty bad for a little while. Felt like I'd done 500 situps - even though I hadn't done any. I was getting frustrated with blowing my nose. Got so sore I could hardly touch it. Thank God, it stopped and the coughing started. Then I complained about how it hurt to cough so much. When would it ever stop?! LOL. At least this time, it wasn't a sinus infection that hung on forever, and needed antibiotics. I hope you're doing much better also.
