Good morning- It's a Monday and a new Month. I've decided I'm going to weight myself on Monday mornings and Friday mornings. This way I see my status on weight loss and if the weekends kill me. Well, Last Friday I was at 152.7 and this morning I was at 153.8. We did go out of town for the weekend and was eating / drinking out the whole time. Today it is back to my Shakeology shakes for lunch and a sensible dinner. I am also going to try to get a workout in after work, since I am getting off early to run to an appt. I can do this!! I have done it in the past and I didn't let it get out of hand.

I am trying to weight myself in the morning before I get ready for work. Just started back being accountable and thought weighing in on Monday and Friday would be good. Mondays to see how I did over the weekend (not as structured of a life) and Fridays to see how I did over the work week. I almost jumped on the scale yesterday but I held out. When do you weigh in?
