CALORIE COUNT BREAK: 250 CAL SNACK: 150 CAL LUNCH: 350 CAL Snack: 150 CAL DINNER: 350-400 CAL (TOTAL CAL: 1200-1300 for the day) Kinda feelin' under the weather(but still wanted to get started with my fit program) so ate the soups, fruits(vitamin C!)and lots of liquids today.**Sniffle** Goal:Add more protein SO FAR SO GOOD! :)
