Gotta get to the store today...slim pickins in the fridge! Yesterday I ate WAY to much salty stuff because that was all I had on hand that was legal.

Grocery Store List
Eggs
Baby Greens Mix
Fish
Chicken
Bacon
Cauliflower
Broccolini
Lemons
Butter
Hamburger meat
Chicken Broth, beef broth
Radish
Mushrooms
Cabbage
Fruit Stand Tomatoes, squash, onion, garlic

I want to break through this 188-187 thing this weekend...if I could hit 185 by Monday I will be happy, but if I don't I will have proved my patience!

This weekend's plan: eggs, cobb salads, tuna salads, soups, meats w/veg
Emergency Snacks on hand: Cranberry Atkins bar or Atkins choc shake
Exercise: walk 30 min, trampoline 30 min day, yard work/house clean

Hi BF! I see a lot of things on your list that are on my list too... actually everything except for radish and cabbage, which I like but my husband is not too crazy about. I also buy a lot of Greek yogurt, fruit and nuts. Hope you get to 185 by Monday!
