Lily100的日记, 2016年01月13日

Monday 11th January 2016. My Weight is 166lbs.
The weight started to go up bit by bit when I gave up smoking in 2002.
I have always struggled to keep my weight down and the cigarettes did help.
I love my food and I know that I will find it hard but I am going to do my best .I want to do it slowly otherwise I fear I may give up. I am retired.
I live in England.
My goal is get to 133lbs. May take a year or two.

Ps I did want to write something about myself on my 'front page', the one with my photo on but I don't think there is an edit button.

New to this site and find it difficult to navigate but I expect I will slowly get used to it.

I did join last year but never paticipated and lost the link .. So I am new to all this and it may take me a while to navigate around the site.

Welcome Lily100 - take your time, look around... everyone is very helpful. I would say we don't bite but.... we are ALL on a diet, and probably a little hungry ... LOL

Thanks RickB58, thanks for the bit about everyone on a diet so they could maybe bite,. Made me giggle. Will have a browse around for a few days and see whats on here to join in with.
