I went a bit crazy (for me) because I've been having a bout of depression lately. I just decided to let myself go last night and just have fun with my friends. surprisingly I didn't gain much. not that I will abuse that, but for my peace of mind, I'm grateful. I will be having a healthful vegetarian lunch today with my long time friend. hopefully things will die down from here on.
