after two great days with increased exercise only a pound why is it so hard to lose and so easy to gain it all back? I guess that rates right up there with why are we here

Our bodies sure do want to hang on to what we put into them. Nice job getting that pound off, that's actually a pretty good payoff for two days of exercise. Keep on with that trend!

Because it takes less time to eat something with 1000 calories in it, then it takes to lose it. :) (But sometimes, it does taste good) :)

I think a pound in two days is pretty good! If I lose a pound in a week I'm very happy!

two great days is way better then 1 misleading moment on a scale. your doing well and the process will keep rewarding you for it.

Ain't that the truth! So easy to gain.....so hard to lose! I overate one 1 stinking day during the holidays and it cost me 2 weeks on my weight loss journey. We just gotta keep the old nose to the grindstone!

Oh you big whiner!! I average .6 to .8 per week and you want to bore me with 1 per day :D Have I shown just how silly you are sometimes? I feel the pain of learning patience...and if you're ever serious about why are we here...I know the anser!
