I've been off the band wagon a while and I'm planning to get back on. Today begins a challenge on reddit, 100 days of keto! I hope I can stick with it! My first challenge is that I'm leaving for China tomorrow for a little over a week! That means airports, plane food, and then a lot of food in a country I've never been to before! I've packed some Quest bars, as well as some peanuts and beef jerkey, just in case I can't find something I like. Wish me luck and any words of advice would be much appreciated! Have you ever been there or are you from China?
