I was really disappointed because I tried so hard to stay under my calories and jump start my weight loss. For me, somehow staying the same weight is as bad or worse than losing weight. Gonna try to stay good today.

Actually learning to stay the same weight is a good thing. Losing is only half the battle. Learning to keep it off is the other half. But it is frustrating when you are trying to lose. Stick with it!
