it's really frustrating and hard to break habits of indulging. I know for a fact I would have lost weight if only i hadn't splurged unnecessarily.
I had a small breakfast, vegetable couscous for lunch and hearty bean and cabbage soup....and then the marshmallow bars and bag of mesquite chips. I feel like I'm fighting the devil on my shoulder.
