Weekends are so hard...but I have been doing better than what I would have been doing before starting this diet. So I can't wait until Thursday so I can go to next cycle. I hope I get some change in the scales as I am pretty frustrated right now. I didn't get that great loss to encourage me to go on. I hope I see some change soon. Total wt. loss since on the 17 Day Diet is 3.6 lbs....not the 10 I was hoping for.
