I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I definitely enjoyed the holiday and gained some weight in the process.

I was so bad you don't even want to know. But it is holiday and I am also on vacation, which I have not had a vacation in years. So I really felt like I deserve to be bad some times.

I don't beat myself up over one holiday. It is the long term consistancy that counts.

My weight goes up and down 2 pounds all the time unless it stays there I do not consider it a gain.

I ate like a little pig myself but not going to beat myself up about it. Ate a great dinner had wonderful desserts and then put my big girl panties back on and right back at it today. Today consisted of coffee and left over turkey. That's it! Hope I drop 2 lbs at weigh in on my regular Tuesday. If not, there is always next week!
