Didn't get a chance to measure and record in my usual routine so I just didn't. I didn't want to psych myself out. I'm planning on not recording this week and just trying to be mindful of what I eat and see how I do. this is not to say I won't record when I'm back in school, but I think this is easiest and most stress free for now.
