Ok. So I did have a major cheat on Friday but I've been gaining weight ever since. What the heck?? SIGH...

If I have a splurge I tend to go up in weight for 2 or 3 days after....don't let it get you down.

When you cheat remember to hydrate hydrate hydrate! Especially if you're normally a low carber, and indulge in carbs on cheat day. But yes, weight had a tendency to rise for a few days after, then even out and reduce as time goes on. I only weigh in once a week on the morning of cheat day, so I don't know how much cheat day makes me gain, but I'm still losing every week.

Yes, I think my sodium & carbs went way up and dehydration is definitely a factor! I've been rehydrating like crazy. I guess I just didn't expect my weight to keep going up for days. Thanks everyone!
