Pretty tired this morning. Relaxed about of work and not feeling the frenzy to lost as much weight as possible has made me happier. I still want to lose as much as possible to meet my goal but its not as stressful. at least not at the moment. I've almost lost 20 pounds in all :)

20 pounds is awesome! I don't feel feel like I lost anything but once I pick up a weight of the equivalent I'm like OOF
