yesterday the 12th ate through the day - had a big supper around 6:30 - went to daughters volleyball practice and always help -
Had tyson chicken patties yum breaded - 200 cals apiece 120 fat but who cares if you lose - eat with ramen noodles - use soy sauce , or salsa, or spaghetti sauce to change up different ways to eat it -
2 pieces little caesers pizza and some toasted ravioli with spaghetti sauce for supper -
I like to drink coke zero and tea especially - I love 2% milk but the calories -
I use salsa especially all the time on eggs, refried beans (taco sauce also) celery , and you can eat it by itself -
tuna fish, pickles (read up about vinegar, great low acid )
I will lose the weight - biggest problems I have is salt , bread =
love tunafish sandwiches and egg sandwiches etc - Salt is in everything -
I find if I stick to certain number of foods and just change up the way I eat it, my body knows nothing -
