I was bad yesterday in the calories department and I was gonna own up to it but then I barely gained any weight? weird. yesterday there was a speaker for our class and without thinking I grabbed a cookie whose calories were as much as the half sandwich and small bag of chips combined. Through the hecticness of the moment I didn't check or stop to think before I did it. Later that day I just had cravings, which answers the extra snack calories. Bodies are weird. I did drink a lot of water though.

I hate when I mindlessly grab something like that and realize it halfway through. I have the same issues with it starting cravings later too. Water seems to help.

Mindless eating is a trouble spot for me. I've gotten a lot better since being on the diet. It's hard to always catch yourself but at times you just log it and move on.

Yeah, the biggest thing I can do in that situation (in the aftermath) is holding myself accountable. It'd be too easy to pretend it didn't happen. It only fosters bad habits
