Not a bad gain at all. I'm guessing this is water weight as I gymed twice this week(Mon and Tues) and I was happy with sore muscles. I'll weigh myself on Saturday morning again to monitor myself.
Next week might be a huge gain due to Diwali!!! Lots of sweet treats :D
