Even though I know in my mind that my body doesn't sense a difference/importance between 150 and 149, I sure feels like it does. I was pretty sure I'd break 150 today. At least I'm not at 151, if I look positively.
Maybe I'm just spoiled by my expecting to lose multiple pounds a week and generally it is said that a normal healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week. I think I'm just impatient sometimes :p
P.S. I'm not asking for an evaluation of my eating habits/food :p I know what I could cut out, but my point is, even so I was below calories etc, I'm surprised at the lack of movement, either way. I've been drinking a lot of water, and *tmi warning* I'm no longer constipated (I don't think)
