Day 3 of re-induction.I needed it to get off this plateau.Down 1.5 since Wed. after being the same weight,give or take a pound,for two months.I think it's harded to do this time than when I first started 6 mons ago.I am really missing nuts.I will stick with it and hope for a bigger loss next week.

Have a hard boiled egg, or a couple bites of a left over pork chop if you are searching for a snack... the extra protein will help you, and the elimination of the nuts is 'short term'... see the big picture! You're doing great!

As a nut-aholic myself, I FEEL YOUR PAIN!!! But as Paula said, it's short-term. The first couple days are the worst. Just keep them out of sight to keep them out of mind. Good luck.

Nonna - I either buy or make pre-measured packs - usually .63 oz = 100 cals.

I think I gotta be nut free too! They are tasty, crunchy, salty, quick & too darn easy to eat way too many of!
