Officially signed up for Crossfit! I know the first location I went to really wasnt the type of environment I wanted to be in, but the new location I'm going to is really welcoming. I don't do well in high pressure situations, and the first box I went to, people we're really all up in your face trying to motivate you. I get for some people that it works, but I have anxiety and I don't like that. This new location is very motivational, the instructors will come over and correct you if need be, but everyone just really focuses on the workout and not so much on each other.
Super excited to be getting into something new!
