I'm so confused. what happened?? was it because I didn't get much sleep? and here I thought I was being so good! I woke up really tired but excited to finally break the barrier...this is disappointing to say the least. when I first weighed myself it said I had gained 2 pounds which seemed completely unbelievable. I hope this doesn't affect my mood too much. the past couple of days I've been very happy because of my progress. I know this is only a small set back but I've really been looking forward to this.
