190.6, after dipping briefly into the 189's a couple of days ago. It was an odd weekend though....I seem to have a pinched nerve, causing pain in my shoulder and radiating up and down my arm. It's taken my focus off my weight a little, lol...but I think I've still done pretty well this week.
