Operation slimdown is in full affect. Sticking with my salads, and making sure for the time being I eat less than my RDI. I recently just purchased my first "big girl car" so for the past few days after work I have been very busy, and I think at least for the next two weeks I'm going to remain busy. At least that will keep my mind off wanting to eat everything in site. Also started an on ramp crossfit program. Honestly, I really unfortunately do not think I enjoy crossfit as much as I thought I would. I just feel out of place at the box, and the workouts are intense. I think I prefer workouts that are more centered on lifting heavy things, as opposed to doing crazy amounts of burpees and random acts of cardio. I would rather just do Zumba or spinning for my cardio. But I've only done one class so far, maybe it will get better!
