I'm going to try to be committed to exercising at home... morning walks, hourly exertion exercises, lunchtime stretches or walk with stairclimbs, and an evening walk or bikeride would be nice to fit in too but not always possible.
If I don't stay committed to it though, I know I'll find myself rejoining the gym just to recreate a habit of exercising.
Trying to get back on track... wish me motivation to follow thru! :-)
