I had a relative visiting this weekend...which turned my diet upside down, but I still managed to lose 1 lb this week. We went to a concert Saturday night...and split mozarella cheese sticks! I was bad, but tried to keep my bad choices to a minimum. We had been so busy all day, however, that we had skipped a meal. Calorie wise, I was still in range, although some of the food I had wasn't really a healthy choice. Today I'm back on routine. 2 lbs away from my 40 lb by December 3rd goal!
