Everyday I fight hunger, there is now medication for this. I asked about Ozempic. The Diabetic Pharmacy gave interesting info. You have to be pre diabetic or full diabetic. I am in remission now not classed as either. Ozempic stops hunger, which is what I am very interested in. But for the foreseeable future I am back to my rules. Limits, lots of movement, and cooking.
