Hi, I live in Bermuda. I have been overweight all my life. I have managed to get my weight from 400+ pounds in 2010 to 200 pounds in 2019. During covid and the lockdowns, my country had I gained 40 pounds which I am now trying to lose. I am happy with my 200-pound weight as I am very active and before covid, I was 75% muscle. I ride swim and jog and participate in triathlons which are fun for me. I retired 5 years ago and used training to get healthy. I no longer have high blood pressure, diabetes, or heart disease. So to lose this weight I am learning to cook and bake. It should be fun.
