Another week and another drop in weight :) I have officially lost 10.4kg in 11 weeks!!! Well technically I have lost 10.4kg in 9 weeks due to my 0.4kg gain in the week I started gym and dropped by 0.4kg a week later but either way that I look at it I am damn proud of myself!!! :D

Thanks to my Buddies for the support! Wishing everyone all the best in their journey.

Thanks everyone :) MasetbjhabaM my 1st goal was 120kg and I achieved that before going back to gym so my next goal is that 115kg mark. I have never been 115kg in over 10 years so that's going to be a goal to be really proud of for sure :)
