44.2 lbs gone. .8 lbs to goal. Really want to see the scale in the 140's but that will be where I stop (even if it is 149.8 lbs). I cannot wait to take a picture of the scale when it hits the 140's. I have not been in the 140's since freshman year in college (29 years ago). I know where I am now is more realistic for me. I will just have to learn to eat to maintain which may be hard but is a good problem to have, right?
