Dropped 0.8kg in this last week and the scale is at 119kg :D Total weight loss is now 9.7kg in 10 weeks :) I would have had over 10kg weight loss by now if I didn't put on that 0.4kg in the week I started gym :) Just goes to show that not all weight gain is a bad thing as long as you stay consistent and don't let a slight weight gain knock your motivation and dedication :)

Saige18 I don't have a definite goal weight but my goal is to lose as much of my bodyfat as possible which will cause weight loss and increase my lean muscle mass which will cause weight gain. I used to be obese at around 134kg at some time in my life but only committed to counting calories and using FatSecret when I dropped into the 128kg range by my trial run of calorie counting. If I lose my bodyfat and gain lean muscle mass to make me weigh 120kg to 125kg then I'll be happy with that as long as its not fat that is giving me weight gain. I'm not a bodybuilder but I won't mind having a well built look :D
