Ok, it's been a couple of days since your experiment... how goes it? did get off the temporary weight gain from your feast? or is it still hanging on? Did you have cravings? Did you make sure you were eating lower sodium, and UPING your water ???? all very important... just curious how you are doing? Much Love.

Well, I have to admit I was shocked to see the scale go up 3 lbs following my "permission day!" I ate @ 1870 KCALS that day...so I think that it is not really 3 lbs of adipose tissue. I'm guessing it may be water retention and the actual weight of the food. As of today, I have not re-achieved ketosis (per the stick). I do not have cravings, but I was extemely tired the day after! And I had brain fog! I'm sure it's all due to the sugar intake. So what did I learn? I didn't die from it, I enjoyed the treats, but now it's time to pay the piper and fight my way back to ketosis! AARRGH!

P.S. JSFANTOME! Thanks for your support. I have question for ya. Do you know if Acidophilis Probiotic Liquid can keep you from ketosis? It says it has <1 sugar, but it lists fructose on label. Taste sweet too. That is one thing that I recently added.

Update: It took me 3 days to get back in purple and 6 days to recover true weight loss. Today 193.
