I'm feeling so much better.....even getting on top of cleaning the house. It's funny how when you aren't in sync with your body it effects your mental balance. When I fall of v the tracks I seem to avoid all things that are good for me......so counter productive. I'm entering this on my phone and can't seem to read it back.....so might not make any sense at all ha ha oh well the sun is shining and I'm breathing....it's a good day :)

beautiful flowers, from your garden? i've kept my Geranium alive!! not a gardener ;) so i'm proud of myself. the sun is shining here in Lancashire too so i'm off out with my woofers over the moors, have a lovely day :)

Well done drullae I am sure the geranium appreciates your efforts :) believe me I have had many a plant loss in my life, but roses seem to like me. The picture is just two stems off one of my rose bushes, the flowers were so heavy it looked like the stems were going to break so I cut them and put them inside....roses make me smile :) Lucky you getting out in this fantastic weather, I can't wait for the weekend, have a lovely walk :)
