Been doing 'Shortcut to Shred' and now 'Body Beast'... holy crap killing myself. The workout this morning was 'Beast Legs' and I could barely crawl to the car afterwards... and it's only Day 2!! I'm focused on clean eating and lifting so we'll see where that gets me in a few months... just in time for the end of summer! Yeah, great planning there. ;) I've been using another site *cough* MFP *cough* a bit just because it also allows you to set goals for macros and nutrients. Honest, I'm not cheating on you guys. I'll be around. :)
